In the heart of the prestigious resort of Faqra, At 1700 meters above sea level, this private villa represents a sophisticated balance between contemporary elegance, technology, and bespoke craftsmanship. The project was conceived with the goal of seamlessly integrating technical solutions and interior architecture, maintaining a coherent, minimalist, and timeless aesthetic. Each element was designed to interact with the materials and finishes, enhancing the home's exclusive atmosphere.
The plates SLIM FIT, in black anodized aluminum with personalized engravings, They integrate into the custom-made walnut cladding, ensuring material continuity and formal cleanliness. In the bathrooms, model NEO with integrated LED lighting introduces a discreet and functional light, helping to define an elegant and refined atmosphere.
This project celebrates the harmony between architecture, materials and custom details.
